Provided "as is"
Corsoul (free and paid) is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The free tier is provided under its open-source / MIT license; the paid tier is in beta — features, quotas, and pricing may change, and no formal service-level commitment (SLA) is offered.
This is memory infrastructure
Corsoul is memory infrastructure for AI agents. It is not a companion, emotional-relationship, counseling, medical, or crisis service, and must not be used as or in place of one. Do not rely on it for emotional support or as a substitute for professional help. You are solely responsible for how your agents use the product, including appropriate safeguards and compliance for minors and vulnerable users.
Not professional advice
The product and its outputs do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
AI output may be wrong
Recall, consolidation, and any model-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify before relying on it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for: the data and content you store, your agents' behavior and outputs, and compliance in your jurisdiction. If you choose cloud embeddings or cloud consolidation, the data sent for that run is also governed by the respective third-party providers' terms.
Changes
This disclaimer may be updated; fuller terms will be added later and this page's date updated.
